Terms & Conditions:

1. In double bedded room only two adults and a child below 10 year allowed. Ten years and above extra person charges are applicable as per our tariff rate. Maximum 4 persons are allowed in double bedded room).
2. 60% of the total booking amount to be paid at the time of booking.
3. At the time of booking, only room category & facilities is confirmed.
4. No
Room no. or floor confirmation will be given, only request can be placed subject to sole discretion of reservation executive.
5. Compulsory 10% Service Charge will be charged on room rent only.
6. On discounted room tariff, 3% will be charged on room rent for credit card/cheque payment.
7. Taxes are applicable as per Gov. Norms.
8. No out station cheque is accepted and booking confirmation is ensured subject to realization of the cheque.
9. A.C. will not be provided at the time of power failure

Cancellation Norms:

• Before 15 days of the date of check-in 30% compulsory deduction on total bill.
• 15th day to two day before the date of Check – In, 40% deduction on total bill.
• One day before the date of check – in 50% deduction on total bill.
• Spot cancellation 100% on the room rent (after check – in)
• Only 5 hours the room will be kept vacant for the occupation from the time of check – in (Time/Train as mentioned in the bill will be considered only).
